What is ‘The Treehouse?
- The Treehouse is a place we wanted to make for us and our listeners alike! It’s an exclusive safe-space for like-minded individuals! Everyone is welcome here.
When will I get my member exclusive sticker and/or pin pack?
- Once you’re subscribed to The Treehouse for 3 months you’ll receive your stickers and pins! Please give time for processing and postage 🙂
How will I know it has been sent?
- We’ll keep you updated about when member packages get sent out in the discord server. Our packages are sent out in shipments so we will let you know when the next one is going out!
How old do I have to be to join?
- You must be over 13 years old to join The Tree’s. This is because of Discord’s Terms of Service. If you are found to be under 13 years old, we will sadly have to remove you :(
Can I share photos and videos from the discord server?
- Out of respect for all members, please do not share any photos or videos from inside the server without asking! We want The Tree’s to be exclusive to you guys!
What can I expect on the discord server?
- A whole new world! No but really…we do lots of things other than music and it turns out a lot of you have the same interests! We’ll have game nights if you want to join, Matt will also be streaming his video games! Holly will be jumping in with her latest hyperfixation (right now it’s bread making). We want to make it a fun, safe space for everyone to meet. I know I’d rather socialize with people behind a screen than in PERSON…terrifying.
Can I still access the discord server if I cancel my membership?
- Unfortunately no :( If you cancel your membership, you’ll be removed from the server.
Is shipping The Treehouse specific merch included?
- Shipping for the yearly sticker and pin pack is included, however shipping is not included for anything else.
Is The Treehouse available internationally?
- Yup! Anyone, anywhere can join! (as long as you’re over 13 and a nice person…)
